- Live topic board on the big screen
- Audience join by QR — vote, comment, propose
- Presenter Q&A view and agenda rail
- Full transcript, kept for you
- AI analysis of the whole event — themes, questions, decisions, what got missed
- A take-home document and a recap page to send to everyone who attended
- Action list with owners, and the consented follow-up list
- Pre-event enrichment: the attendees and organisations in the room, researched in advance
While Nexus is in testing we read every write-up before it goes out, so your take-home document arrives within 24 hours of the event rather than immediately. Everything in the room is live as it happens.

Demo mode plays a scripted fireside chat entirely in your browser — no database, no API keys, no account. Open the stage on one screen and the audience view in a second window; votes and proposals sync between them in real time.
Or spin up a throwaway board on a real database, pre-populated with sample topics, votes and comments — closer to the real thing, still no live audio.
Both demos play canned content — neither can listen to a real room. To run Nexus at your own event, set up your organisation.
