Nexus

The room, mapped live.

The conversation on stage grows a live topic board on the big screen. The audience joins by QR to vote, comment, and put their own topics on the map — and when the stage picks one up, everyone sees it happen.

Works for hybrid and online panels too: capture the call's audio from Chrome or Edge.

The stage speaks

Room audio is transcribed live and distilled into the topics actually being discussed.

The board grows

Topics appear as bubbles on the big screen, growing and linking as the conversation moves.

The room joins

Everyone scans a QR to vote, comment, and propose topics — and sees the stage pick them up.

On the big screen

Every topic the stage raises and every topic the room proposes, sized by how much it has been talked about and voted on. What is being discussed right now is marked, and the QR stays on screen so late arrivals can join.

After the room

The whole transcript is read, not just the loudest moment, and turned into a write-up you can hand out: what happened, where the time went, and what the room kept coming back to.

  • A one-page summary and the threads that ran through the session
  • Where the time went, topic by topic
  • What the audience pushed for, including topics the stage then picked up

Private by default

Audio is never stored

Room audio is transcribed live to build the board. The transcript and board stay with the organiser.

Names stay out of the write-up

The take-home document and the recap follow the Chatham House Rule. A person is named only if they tick the box to be.

No accounts for the audience

People join with a first name or initials by scanning the QR. No email, no app.
